Saturday night glam

I love doing glam evening make up. You get a chance to sit down and really take your time creating new looks and going the extra mile with blown out smokey eyes and bold lips. It was my friends Birthday celebrations yesterday so I thought I would share my makeup, I also had a couple of new products to use which is always exciting, and a risk if you don’t end up liking it, but thankfully they passed the test. I will be doing a review in my next blog about my new products but for now here is a break down of my makeup products:

This look is based around the lips, I wanted to use my new Charlotte Tilbury lipstick as I know I will be wearing this non-stop in Ibiza next week so this was a test run to see how it wore during the night, and to see how my dry lips would cope as this is a matte lipstick. I usually stay away from anything matte on the lips but this was so comfortable and moisturising I only had to touch up once. There was no bleeding or smudging, I don’t know how but other lipsticks always end up on my chin, how is that possible. The colour is a beautiful orange red which would compliment so many skin tones, adding a pop of colour for either summer or winter, I think this will be my new favourite lipstick.
